Orders Over $25
All accessory and replacement part orders of $25.00 or more in value (excluding applicable sales tax) are eligible for Free Ground Shipping. This offer applies to orders shipped within the Continental United States only. If an item cancelation, coupon or promo code lowers the total purchase price to less than $25, then applicable shipping rates listed below will apply.
Orders Under $25
Orders under $25 shipping to an address within the Continental United States will be charged a flat rate of $6.95 for ground shipping.
Orders Shipped to Alaska and Hawaii
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged a flat rate of $12.95 for ground shipping. There may be some items that cannot be shipped to these locations. We cannot currently ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses in Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping
Orders for in-stock items will typically ship within 24 hours. Ground orders for in-stock items will ship the next business day. Business days include Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Items on backorder will ship the next business day, once in stock. Items that are in-stock will ship separately from backordered items.

How Do I Return An Item?
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will happily replace or refund most items at no cost to you if returned within 90 days after receipt.
To return or exchange an item, simply call us at (800) 599-7569 Monday through Saturday from 8AM-8PM EST. You will need your name, address, order number. We will then mail or email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to fill out and include with your returned item. Once an item is received by us, we will credit you the cost of the item via the same method you were charged, minus a restocking fee of $5.00.
Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging within 90 days of receipt. Items that are received opened or damaged will not be refunded.
Electrical parts have a 30 day return policy and if installed, can only be returned if the installation was done by an Authorized Service Provider. Electrical parts installed by anyone else are unable to be returned and no credit or exchange will be issued.
How Do I Exchange An Item?
Currently we cannot exchange items. Once an item is returned you can place a new order for the item you would like to purchase. In the case where an incorrect item was shipped, we will send out the correct part at no charge.
